Many books have been written on this wonderful subject. Each author, I am sure, wanted to give the readers some special insight into this miracle act of God and surely they have. As a fellow Christian in the ministry for more than 35 years, I would like to explain what I feel the Lord has spoken to me, and some of what I have understood.
Jesus' Blood was perfect, sinless; He was the Son of God. I John 1:7 "But if we are (really) living and walking in the Light as He (Himself) is in the Light, we have (true unbroken) fellowship with one another, and the Blood of Jesus Christ, His Son, cleanses (removes) us from all sin and guilt – keeps us cleansed from sin in all its forms and manifestations." Romans 5:9 says, "We are brought into right relationship with God – by Christ Jesus' Blood; how much more (certain is it that) we shall be saved by Him from the indignation and wrath of God."
Hebrews 9. This whole chapter is so very powerful but let us look at the 11th verse which states: "But (that appointed time came) when Christ, the Messiah appeared as a High Priest of the better things that have come and are to come (then) through the greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with (human) hands, that is, not a part of this material creation."
Verse 12. "He went once and for all into the (Holy of) Holies (of heaven), not by virtue of the blood of goats and calves (by which to make reconciliation between God and man), but His own Blood, having found and secured a complete redemption – an everlasting release (for us)."
Verse 13. "For if (the mere) sprinkling of unholy and defiled persons with blood of goats and bulls and with the ashes of a burnt heifer is sufficient for the purification of the body." (Lev. 16:6; Numbers 19:9, 17, 19). Verse 14. "How much more surely shall the Blood of Christ who by virtue of (His) eternal Spirit (His own preexistent divine personality) has offered Himself an unblemished sacrifice to God, purify our consciences from dead works and lifeless observances to serve the (ever) living God?"
Verse 15. "(Christ, the Messiah) is therefore the negotiator and mediator of an (entirely) new agreement (testament covenant), so that those who are called and offered it, may receive the fulfillment of the promised everlasting inheritance, since a death has taken place which reserves and delivers and redeems them from the transgressions committed under the (old), first agreement."
Verse 18. "So even the (old) first covenant (God's Will) was not inaugurated and ratified and put in force without the shedding of Blood."
When Moses sprinkled the blood to all the people of the slain goats or calves, he sprinkled both the book and the roll of the law and covenant itself, as well as all the people, he was saying this as he sprinkled the Blood. "This is the blood that seals and ratifies the agreement (the testament, the covenant) which God commanded (me to deliver to you)." Ex. 24:6-8
Verse 24. "For Christ, the Messiah, has not entered into a sanctuary made with human hands, only a copy and pattern and type of the true one, but He has entered into heaven itself, now to appear in the very presence of God on our behalf neither did He go there over and over again as the High Priest in this natural realm with blood that was not his own. But Jesus once and for all at the consummation and close of the ages appeared to put away to abolish SIN by His sacrifice of Himself. He took His sinless, perfect Blood and gave Himself so each one of us could receive full salvation, washed clean by the Blood of the Lamb."
We must understand the perfect work of the shed Blood of Jesus. Knowing that His Blood took away our sin and gave us the right to come boldly before the throne of grace and make our petitions known. This is calling forth maturity and wisdom as we begin to share truth and teach the body of Christ. Let us remember the great commission of Mark 16:17. Jesus said, "In my name you will (cast out) drive out demons." It is Jesus' name representing His authority because He took our place and gave us the right to use His name. Remember when Jesus was on the cross, He said "It is finished." (Done, complete, what Jesus finished cannot be added to or taken away from.) It is because of His finished work that we can accomplish the "great commission" to set the captives free. He gave us the power of attorney to use His name. It is in His name as we command that the demons flee. All of this because "perfect Blood" sprinkled on the COVENANT ARK OF HEAVEN – God's perfect plan, the price was paid. Jesus gave each of us through this divine act the right to enter in. Meeting all of the requirements God planned and set into place in the fullness of time. The Blood of Jesus was all that was needed! Amen!
Today it seems people are being taught or taken in error as they pray with fear and faithlessness "pleading for the Blood" or making statements that they are taking the Blood and placing it here and there. This cannot be done if "it is finished" as Jesus said. Our part is to believe, receive it and pray in the authority knowledge that it is finished.
When we believe in faith, we take authority in the name of Jesus as the great commission of Mark 16:17 commands us. Now we must get it right! That old sly fox the devil knows when you pray in fear, doubt and unbelief. HE KNOWS FULL WELL THE POWER OF JESUS' BLOOD AND HE RESPECTS IT, and when you are pleading for blood to cover you – or making requests that are not right – I'm sure he and all his demons know you don't know what you are talking about and they just "sit" laughing there – and wait for you to hush. But when you speak with knowledge and understanding of Jesus' finished work and cast out demons in Jesus' name – they tremble and scramble to come out now. There's not a demon in hell that can stand before you when you speak in Jesus' name. God doesn't need your help by adding to His Word. God doesn't need us to expand or make flowery interpretations of the truth of His Word. We must faithfully discharge His Word and all the power of Jesus' name will cause the demons to obey and come out.

BODY - God is speaking to a body who has ears to hear that is calling them out of the world unto Him. Not doom and gloom but Glory and Majesty and Might. You see, that's the difference. That's what we have been trying to talk about - - that's the difference. It's edifying, it's encouragement, it's calling you out - - higher! It's making the things of this world a naught as compared to what you are experiencing in Him. That's the way it's supposed to be. The growing up - - according to the image and the pattern. Hallelujah, amen!
Begin to protect your family and help them recognize deception. Stop satan's lies about the occultic practices in our learning systems which entice our children to conform and accept pagan idolatry as truth for their lives.

(2) Know God and His Truth
• study God's Word
• as a family discuss God's warnings as well as His promises
(3) Practice separating Truth from Myth
• separate fact from fiction
• your children need absolute truth and objective facts
• they need to know when satan makes a lie seem true
• know God's Word
(4) Investigate and Know how to Resist the False Promises of idealized religions
• be able to discuss distortions
(5) Put on God's Full Armor
• study Ephesians 6:10-17
• answer questions with scripture
(6) Speak the Truth in Love
• don't hit your family over the head with the Bible
• reflect peace and concern
• speak with teachers if necessary about pagan influences
(7) Be a Minister
• there are no big I's and little U's
• as a parent, have an attitude of understanding
• expect your family to hear you
• recognize and discern the affects false teachings are having on your
child
• carefully explain truth
• never assume they will understand
(8) Stay close to Jesus
• Romans 12:1-2
• give yourselves to the Lord
• refresh your mind in Him; renew your mind with His Word
• Jesus is more than enough
• He will keep you from every snare the enemy tries to trip us with
